This builder has been working on this footing for years. His form boards are already eat up with termites. I can’t figure it out. He is working on this everyday. there is allways some fresh footprints and the neighbors tell me he is working on it daily.

Here is a spliced phone wire in a peir footing for an addition on a crawl space. The builder said it was a temporary fix until they could run a new phone line. He did the same with the cable coax line.

This footing is severly undermined. The rear of the house is cut about 4′.
